History

Established in 2014 in the aftermath of the Great Recession, Refashioned Homes is dedicated to becoming a leading specialist in crafting distinctive single-family residences that offer lasting value. The purpose was to provide an alternative to resale and mass-produced homes. The company was initially focused on residences in established and desirable communities. The Refashioned Homes® brand focused on creating a new product category: like-new resale homes.
