We take great pride in our brand and intellectual property. The Refashioned Homes® licensing program involves using the trademark to leverage the brand's value in several market segments.
Territories
The licensing territory is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) created by the Census Bureau/Office of Management and Budget. There are 387 MSAs nationwide. The licensee will receive exclusive rights within the MSAs geographic boundary.
Support
Licensees will receive digital listings and advertising support. The listing platform will include technology for listing properties for sale on the Refashioned Homes website, including lead generation. Advertising in all the active MSAs.
