We take great pride in our brand and intellectual property. The Refashioned Homes licensing program involves using the trademark to leverage the brand's value in all markets that we operate in. 

The licensing territory is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) created by the Census Bureau/Office of Budget and Management. The licensee will receive exclusive rights within the MSAs geographic boundary.
You can apply for a license to use Refashioned Homes® trademarks in one or more geographic location where you are doing business.

We welcome the opportunity to review your request to obtain a license to use Refashioned Homes® trademarks. We invite you to complete an Interest form.

Once you have submitted the form, it will be promptly reviewed by our Trademark License team. The decision to proceed to the next steps will be based on our licensing criteria. The Refashioned Homes Trademark License team will reach out to the listed business contact directly to discuss and request additional information.
